Walk in Philadelphia, the map

Do you want to explore Philadelphia neighborhoods on foot?

With CitywalksSpace curated routes, you'll find hidden gems, iconic landmarks, colorful murals, quiet parks, art galleries, free museums.

This map shows you approximatively where you can go in the city to do that🏙️. Each walk has a number.

Once you know where you want to go, find the walk by looking:
  • on the right of the screen ⇉ if you are using a computer.
  • at the bottom of the page ⇊ if you are using a phone or tablet.

You will then have its title with the name of the neighborhood(s) 🏤you are going to explore.

If you follow the link, you'll have much more details about its content.

On the Home page, you'll find more general information about these walks and their philosophy. You'll also know how to contact their author and how to learn something about him❓.

On the Philadelphia page, you will have an introduction to the city, information on its weather🕶️, its public transport🚊 and some of its specialties🍔.

Good to know:

If you purchase the 8 available self-guided tours for a reduced price, it will also be a good travel book and/or an original gift.

If you take walks #1, #2 and #3, also for a special price, they will allow you to explore most of Philadelphia in a few days if it is your first visit to the city.

If you want only loop tours -useful if you park a car along the way, you'll find an offer for the 4 of them.

Where to start🏁:

Walks #1, #2 and # 3, as explained above, are a good way to start exploring Philadelphia.

The other walks have all their own charm and are in less travelled parts of the city. It's where you'll have more chance to see local people going about their life.

Walks #4 & 5 go to two neighborhoods in the South of City Center with long established points of interests.

Walk # 6 goes to two university campuses with a lot of art, a lively atmosphere and many pedestrian walkways.

Walks # 7 & 8 go to three trendy neighborhoods in the north of City Center with many options to diner, between other things.

Walks 9 and 10 are still to come!
