A: Your walk starts at ... so take an T-stop exit that goes directly there or enter the building if you exited somewhere else. The hall is worth a look and, in addition to the usual animation of a station, you will find many restaurants there. Behind glass doors, you can see the Amtrak trains and they will remind you that there are many other destinations to explore once you are done with Boston. Next, go up to the pharmacy on the 1st floor to have a plunging view of this hall if you go to the windows at the rear, then leave the station by its main doors to admire its exterior architecture. You should be on ... Street and your direction, South Boston, will be beyond the bridge that you can see in the distance. Otherwise, ask a passer-by to put you in the right direction. The modern building in the shape of a boat's bow that you see a little further on, finished in 2024, is that of the pharmaceutical company Lilly and it mainly houses research laboratories. You will now enter what remains of this South Boston neighborhood where boats and trains used to come and where many products were transformed in the red bricks industrial buildings that you still see. Those which have not yet been transformed into apartments will soon be and this is where you will start to find some of the restaurants that now make the reputation of the neighborhood. Walk in ...
